…So back to those chopping boards, which are actually from Marks & Spencer. Made by Bunbury Boards, each comes stamped with a ‘log reference’. Type this into its website to see a photograph of the tree the board came from, where that tree grew, its age and why it was felled. Now that’s something to talk about over supper.
